The Byron Center Historical Museum is hosting an open house this weekend, May 6 – May 7.
The museum will be open Saturday, May 6 from 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, May 7 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
The open house offers a rare opportunity to see the museum on a weekend. The museum is regularly open twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. – noon. They are closed winters, except by appointment. They also offer tours by appointment.
The open house is being coordinated with several other small, community-based museums which are members of the Tri River Museum Network.
The Tri River Museum Network also includes Flat River Historical Museum in Greenville, Hyser Rivers Museum in Plainfield Township, Lowell Area Historical Museum, Belding Museum and more.
